Purpose
This guide explains how hiring managers can request accounts for new employees using the onboarding form available on the Human Resources SharePoint site.
Steps for Hiring Managers:
Access the Human Resources SharePoint Site
- Navigate to the Human Resources SharePoint site from your web browser.

Locate the Onboarding Form
- On the HR SharePoint homepage, find the US Quick Links Section.
- Select the US - Onboarding New Employee link.

Fill Out the Onboarding Form
- Complete all required fields, including:
- Employee Name
- Start Date
- Department
- Job Title
- Manager Name
- Ensure to specify which accounts are needed (e.g., Email, NetSuite, Dokka, SalesForce, etc.).
- Complete all required fields, including:
Submit the Form
- After completing the form, click the Submit button at the bottom.
- You will receive a confirmation that the request has been sent to the IT team.
Track the Request
- You can track the status of the request by checking the IT ticket that is automatically generated
Follow Up if Necessary
- If there are any changes or updates after submission, such as a delayed start date, notify IT as soon as possible.

Note: Please ensure the form is submitted at least 3 Business Days before the new hire's start date to allow adequate processing time.
