Call Forwarding

1. Log in to the Mitel Client.

2.Access Settings:

  • Click on the three dots (menu icon).
  • Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

3. Set Primary Assignment:

  • Navigate to Primary Assignment and choose External Number.

4. Configure Forwarding Details:

  • Enter the name of the phone you want to forward to.
  • Type in the phone number.

5. Finalize the Setup:

  • Click Add.
  • The selected device will now be your default phone.
