- Press the Voicemail button on your phone.
- Press Call VM.
- When prompted enter your Voicemail Password followed by #.
- From the main menu Press 7 - Mailbox Options.
- Press 6 to record your name.
- Press 2 to re-record your name.
- Record your name and extension, when finished press #.
- To confirm your name press #.
